ASCDI Leasing & Finance Committee
The ASCDI Leasing and Finance Committee is made up of members who provide leasing and other financial solutions to aid their company and other ASCDI members in sales efforts and the growth of their companies. Its mission is to educate ASCDI dealers and service providers about the benefits of leasing and finance as:
- a tool to overcome the
price tag obstacle in sales;
- a hook for continued
customer contact and loyalty;
- a source of continuing
revenue and product for the secondary market; and
- a vehicle for innovative
responses to customer needs and concerns regarding product obsolescence and
growth needs.
The Leasing and Finance
Committee shall provide background and information concerning:
- Leasing as a Sales Tool
- Captive Lessors (What
are they? Who are they?)
- Independent Leasing and
Finance Companies
- Manufacturer
relationships with leasing companies
- Off-lease equipment
remarketing opportunities
- “Private label” programs
